The LEAP Forum is an open international community of network engineers, mobile device manufacturers, wireless-IP network operators, and researchers who are concerned with wireless-IP technology. It is open to any interested company, organization, or individual.
Anyone may participate in the LEAP Forum simply by subscribing to our mailing lists.
